BATCH DOCUMENT HANDOFF
One review flow.
Separate deliverables.
When a folder of reports needs to leave your organization, keep the files separate while you prepare them in one workspace.
Start with the files you need to deliver
Choose multiple PDFs at once, up to 30 MB combined and 100 included pages. The workspace shows the source name beside each page. Remove extra pages, rotate a sideways page and arrange pages in the order you want.
Use a trusted device. Processing happens in your browser; the PDFs are not uploaded. Files remain in memory unless you explicitly save the project on this device.
Mark the details that should stay private
Enter one name, phrase or value per line in “Find & mark text,” optionally select email addresses, then find across all pages. Check every result. Use manual areas for scans, images, form values and text that cannot be found. You can apply a saved template to recurring page layouts.
Review every included page
Inspect visible text, images and marked areas. Mark each page reviewed. A mark or rotation change requires a new review. All included pages must be reviewed before a batch can be built.
Choose a separate PDF for each source
Open “Review & export” and choose “One PDF per source file, in a ZIP.” The list maps each output filename to its source and page count. Files are grouped by source in first-appearance order. Within each PDF, the relative page order you set is kept. Pages removed from the workspace are excluded; a source with no remaining pages is omitted.
Suppose you arrange pages as report A page 2, report B page 1, report A page 1. The first output contains A page 2 then A page 1; the second contains B page 1. Use the combined-PDF option when you need the exact interleaved order in a single file.
Check filenames and every prepared file
The ZIP uses names such as “01-prepared.pdf” by default. Original filenames can contain private information. Only choose “Use original file names inside the ZIP” when those names are suitable to share.
Confirm your review and build the bundle. Each PDF is newly created from marked page images and checked for unexpected text, fields, annotations, actions and attachments. The ZIP contains only the prepared PDFs, with no originals or finding-rule files. Its maximum size is 200 MB; use standard quality or smaller projects if needed.
Choose “Inspect exported pages” and switch between the prepared files. Check every file before downloading and sending the ZIP. The bundle is not password protected. Your own review is still needed to find visible sensitive details that were not marked.
Keep the recurring parts
Save finding rules or a handoff template for the next batch. Save the project only when you want the original files and review state to remain in this browser. This storage is unencrypted and may be cleared by the browser.
Prepared PDFs are image-only. They lose text search, text selection, accessibility tags, valid digital signatures and interactive features. Keep the original documents separately.
