Image-only export removes searchable text, links, forms, attachments and original metadata. It also removes text selection and accessibility tags. Review visible information carefully.

Matching page proportions do not guarantee the same content layout. Check the marked areas and review every affected page before export. Pages with different proportions will be skipped.

Activity & feedback

Optional counts help you see how often you complete a handoff. They stay in this browser and are never sent automatically.

Counting is off until you enable it. We keep daily counts of completed builds, prepared files and pages, batch builds, template applications and saved-project resumes for 90 days. No documents, file or project names, finding terms, template contents or user identifier are included. Local counts are not encrypted.

Share only if you choose

Preview the complete report below. Download it to keep your own record, or send it to support@fortydept.com with what worked, what slowed you down, and whether you would use this again. Sending an email also shares your email address. Do not include sensitive documents.

Counts describe completed builds, not proof that files were downloaded or shared. Clearing browser data removes them. Turning counting on does not recover earlier activity.

Prepare, review, share

  1. Bring files together. Add one or more PDFs. Move pages, rotate them or remove pages you don’t need.
  2. Mark private details. Drag across the page, or search for names and values. Finding marks the complete text run containing a match, so it can include neighboring words.
  3. Review every page. Check images and scans yourself. Changes to marks or rotation require another review.
  4. Build and inspect. The exported PDF contains page images with the marked areas burned in. Check the exported copy before sending it.

Projects and finding rules are saved only when you choose. Saved originals, rules and templates are not encrypted. Templates can be reused, exported and imported without original files. Delete a saved project from the start screen when you no longer need it.

Current limits: 30 MB combined, 100 pages. Password-protected files and dynamic XFA forms are not supported. Image-only export removes searchable text and accessibility tags. The current beta is free and has no checkout or subscription.
